Ferrari World is a Ferrari themed amusement park on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The central park is situated under a 200,000 m² roof making it the largest indoor amusement park in the world. It is situated beside the F1 circuit at Yas Island. The theme park can be easily identified from the main road due to it's red roof with a big Ferrari logo.

We went to Ferrari World right after our check out in Centro Hotel around 12 noon. It was Saturday so the park is not crowded .

Super Fun experience @ Yas Waterpark

Finally, after the longgggg planning of visiting the Yas waterworld- this is it!!! We went there in the middle of the season - the sun just started to give the right heat in our body - just so perfect!!

Yas Waterworld is a theme park based on an Arabic folklore "The Legend of the Lost Pearl". The exciting rides and slides depict the adventure of Dana on her journey to find the lost  pearl It is the home of of the first 360 degree looping waterslide in the UAE and the world's first Hydromagnetic-powered waterslide. Since it opened last 2013 of January many of guests can't get enough of this thrill and exciting experience.

It was Saturday noon and the queue is not that bad at all. We had paid for the entrance fee and for the locker and we also loaded some amount in our waterproof wristband for easy payment inside the waterpark.

Yas Waterworld's lobby  is where the changing room, locker and souvenir shops are located. It's like an old arabic market place where people gather.

Qaryat Al Jewana Souk

waterproof wristband

Since we arrived noon, we decided to take our lunch at Dana's Diner first and good thing the queue is not that busy. I had hotdog sandwich and Beef Burger for Albert. The price range from 45 to 60 dirhams. By the way, I was pretty surprised that the serving is huge and sooo good.

The food outlet has an indoor seating in Souk AL Jewana and outdoor seating with a good view of the surf rides

After a good meal and good chat with friends -our fun begun!!

The waterpark rides are classified into four categories: Adrenaline Rush rides have the highest thrill level, made especially for the fearless! For those who want to scare themselves a little, there are Exciting Adventure rides. For medium thrill level, there are Moving and Grooving rides where you can have fun without screaming at the top of your lungs! Lastly, the Young Fun rides are for the little ones and for the kids at heart.

My man first tried the RUSH RIDER and he enjoyed it a lot.

And since I don't want to try it I just took a picture with this fake wave hehehe

strolling around with the kids
The first ride I tried was the Bandit Bomber - the longest suspended rollercoaster for 550 metres with onboard special water and laser effect. But unfortunately, we don't have picture here :( But were laughing out loud when we saw the pictures captured by the theme park.

And this is what ladies enjoyed most!! YADI YAS it's not a lazy river, it's more like an action-packed wadi ride.

Marah Fortress
A super fun way to going back to our childhood just like the times we play in the rain

Hubby and I after trying the Serpent Spin. Not scary as it looks like.

Friends @ Jebel Drop
Pearl divers there are also seats where guest can watch them

After a tiring and fun day we still ended up having smile on our face. This is truly a wonderful experience.

Thumbs up for Yas Waterworld for the amazing theme park with world class amenities.

A Roadtrip to Abu Dhabi for Yas Waterworld and Ferrari World

Abu dhabi is the capital and second most famous city in United Arab Emirates or simply UAE. It is also the largest among the seven emirates.

We have been to Abu Dhabi for a couple of times either with family members or friends. But this is the first time we will take "HARRY" for a long drive and Albert drove for almost two hours from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi.

almost ready to go..good luck Harry!!

The travel direction from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi is South West. And the travel time usually depends how traffic it is. But since it's Friday and no office work Emirates Road or Mohd. Bin Zayed Road is totally free!!!

We also to take this route so that no need for us to pay for the "SALIK" or toll fee hehehhe!! Anyway, we're not that in hurry at all :)

Exit to Abu Dhabi in Jebel Ali

ADNOC petrol station!! i could no longer see any ENOC or EPPCO station means we're already in Abu Dhabi. I have noticed all the petrol station  are huge and super spacious only shows how rich this city is.

Before heading straight to meet our friends we decided to take our breakfast first in Mcdonalds.

Oh how I wish road is free like this everyday for a stress free world.

Meeting friends in Centro Hotel by Rotana. Where the fun begins.
